Our Canadian-made Quickmill 3-axis machining centres can mill and machine-finish precision parts up to 600 BHN with a 75 horsepower, direct drive CAT50 spindle with 4000 RPM and high-pressure coolant on a 96″ or 120″ wide bed, with custom fixturing and an optional magnetic chuck. Contour milling, circular interpolating, drilling, boring, tapping, face-milling and bevelling in high-hardness steel are just some of the many capabilities of these heavy-duty machines.
